    Add test for dssh_session_set_terminate_cb()

    The setter had zero test coverage (and was previously unreachable
    due to the missing dssh_ prefix). New test verifies the callback
    fires exactly once on terminate and that the single-fire guarantee
    holds. Also adds the NULL-session guard to test_null_session_api.
