    How did I get here? This place is very confusing, I guess I somehow stumbled unto this strange space...

    I actually really wonder if anyone can see this or if my IP is getting blasted to literally everyone or anything silly like that, or if I did something hilariously wrong

    One of you, anyone who can see this, should light your tower, like that dark forest theory, so I can see you, that'd be interesting

    What does "All" mean in the To: field? All what? I don't understand, far too low IQ to infer its meaning

    That means your message is being addressed to everyone (not anyone in particular).

    I've seen other responses explaining the meaning - one thing to
    remember is that messages in message areas addressed to a specific user
    are not private - just addressed to them to get their attention, so to
    speak.
